Working alongside Carson is Bridget Jones, our Executive Chef, life partner, and devoted mother to their son, Cooper, affectionately known as “Lil Biscuit.” You might even catch Carson’s father frying chicken in the kitchen from time to time, adding to the family tradition that makes our biscuits so special.
