Welcome to The Biscuit Shed! Founded in 2017 by Carson Stanley, our Chief Biscuit Maker, we’ve been trailblazing all things biscuits ever since. Carson spent years perfecting his craft, creating the ultimate biscuit— buttery, flaky, and sturdy enough to hold all your favorite fillings. Working alongside him is Bridget Jones, our Executive Chef, life partner, and devoted mother to their son, Cooper, affectionately known as “Lil Biscuit.” You might even catch Carson’s father frying chicken in the kitchen from time to time, adding to the family tradition that makes our biscuits so special.
